Manage your subscription

Open Ghost, go to Settings, and click Manage subscription. From there you can update your payment method, switch plans, see past invoices, or cancel.

Can't access Ghost right now? You can also manage your subscription on the web by signing in with Apple.

Common questions

How do I cancel?

Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

I was charged but my account didn't activate.

Email billing@ghost.fitness with the charge date and your account email. We'll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Email billing@ghost.fitness within 60 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

How do I delete my data?

In the Ghost app, Settings has a delete-all-data button for local data. To delete account data we hold (subscription, email), email hello@ghost.fitness.
